Terms of service
Last updated 20 August 2026.
These terms cover your use of Restockd. Restockd is operated by Crossand Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17117244. In these terms “we” and “us” mean Crossand Ltd, and “you” means the business with the Restockd account.
By using Restockd you agree to these terms.
What Restockd does
Restockd takes one order you build and splits it by supplier. Emailed suppliers receive only their own items. On Connected and Managed, the browser extension can prepare baskets for supported website suppliers. You review and submit each basket yourself. Amazon UK uses a guided basket handoff rather than automated fill. On Essentials, website supplier lines remain manual portal tasks.
Restockd helps businesses build, split, send and track supplier orders. It is not an inventory system, accounting system or autonomous purchasing service. It is not a party to anything you buy. Your contract for goods is between you and your supplier. We do not set prices, hold stock, guarantee availability or deliver anything.
Your account
You need an account to use Restockd. You are responsible for what happens under it, including anything your staff do, and for keeping sign-in details and staff PINs secure. Tell us promptly if you think somebody has access who should not.
We create your site as soon as you sign up. Supplier sending is switched on once your subscription is set up and you have confirmed your email address. Until then you can build your catalogue and invite your team, but no order will leave the building.
You must give us accurate business details and keep them current.
Plans, payment and term
Plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are shown on our pricing page and exclude VAT unless stated.
Where we supply a Restockd tablet, the plan runs for a minimum term of 12 months from the day the hardware is delivered. Software-only plans have no minimum term.
We may change standard plan prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email. The £69 monthly software subscription price for a founding member is fixed for as long as that founding subscription remains continuously active. VAT, optional services and separately agreed charges are not part of that fixed-price promise. If you do not accept another price change, you may end a software-only plan before it takes effect.
If payment fails we will tell you. If it stays unpaid we may suspend supplier sending while leaving your data intact and exportable.
The demo account
We offer a shared demo account so you can look around before you buy. It is a demonstration environment. It is reset regularly, is not private to you and must not be used for real orders or real supplier details.
Hardware
A supplied tablet remains owned and managed by Restockd. It is provided for use with Restockd during the plan. When the plan ends, we send prepaid return packaging and you must return the tablet using it. If the tablet is lost or returned damaged beyond fair wear and tear, we charge a £100 replacement fee.
What you must not do
Do not use Restockd to send unsolicited email, send anything unlawful or order on behalf of a business you are not authorised to act for. Do not attempt to access another customer’s data, probe the service for weaknesses without asking us first or resell Restockd without a written agreement.
The browser extension and the tablet app
Basket preparation through the browser extension is included on Connected and Managed and is covered by these terms. Staff PIN sign-in is an app-only shared-tablet feature where included in the plan. Desktop extension users connect with an eligible email login. Signing out of the Android app clears supplier sessions held inside the app. Signing out of the extension removes its Restockd connection but does not sign the browser out of supplier websites.
On Connected and Managed, the browser extension can prepare baskets for supported supplier websites. Basket preparation is desktop work; the tablet app is for approvals. Support depends on the supplier platform, the current website and the product identifiers held in Restockd. A basket may be incomplete, unverified or adjusted by the supplier. You must review its lines, quantities, prices and delivery details before placing the order. Restockd never presses the supplier’s final checkout button.
Supplier websites change without notice. We maintain supported adapters on a reasonable-efforts basis but do not guarantee that a supplier site will remain compatible. Amazon uses its own confirmation control and can reject an unavailable product or an entire handoff page.
Availability
We aim to keep Restockd available at all times but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may take it down for maintenance and will give notice where we reasonably can.
Your data
Your data is yours. You can export products and full order history as CSV at any time, including after giving notice. Optional AI features provide suggestions or transcription for human review and may process product titles, candidate product names, line descriptions or uploaded PDF price documents. You must check AI output before importing products or applying prices. If you attach a photo to a delivery query, you authorise Restockd to store it and send it to the relevant supplier and copied business recipients. Do not upload people, payment details or unrelated confidential information. Our Privacy policy explains how personal data is handled.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss arising from a supplier failing to deliver, delivering the wrong thing or not acting on an order. Restockd sending an order does not mean a supplier has received, read or accepted it. Where an order confirmation feature is available, it reports what the supplier told us rather than what will arrive.
Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
Ending it
You may end a software-only plan at any time with 30 days’ notice. Where a minimum term applies, you may give notice to end the plan at the end of that term.
We may suspend or end your account if you break these terms, if payment stays unpaid or if we are required to. If we end your account without cause, we will refund the unused part of the month.
On termination we delete your site and its data within 30 days. Export anything you want first.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
