Website supplier orders, without the retyping
On Connected and Managed plans, Restockd helps move an approved order into a supported supplier basket. Open the supplier’s website, sign in as normal and ask Restockd to prepare the basket. Check every line, quantity and price before you place the order. Restockd never completes the supplier’s checkout for you.
The extension is included on Connected and Managed. It is on the Chrome Web Store, and we can set it up with you on a call if you want a hand. Microsoft Edge installs Chrome Web Store extensions too, so one listing covers both browsers.

Get the extension
We provide the current extension package and guide you through installing it in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge on a desktop or laptop.
Sign in with Restockd
Connect the extension with an eligible Restockd email login. Staff PIN sign-in is available only in the Restockd tablet app, not in a desktop browser. There is no token to copy and no Restockd password to give the extension.
Open the basket and fill it
On a supported supplier website, choose Populate basket. Restockd uses the saved codes and quantities, then reports what it could verify. You check the result and complete checkout yourself.
It fills the basket. You place the order.
It never checks out and never pays. You review every basket and place the order yourself.
It never stores your passwords, bank details or card numbers.
A fresh install has no supplier-site access. The extension asks when a configured HTTPS supplier site needs permission. You can allow one site at a time or choose the optional setting that allows supplier tools across HTTPS websites. Restockd checks the supplier address again before order data reaches a page.
Access tokens are short-lived and the refresh token rotates. You can revoke a connected browser from Restockd. Signing out removes Restockd tokens but does not sign you out of supplier websites.
Requirements
A Restockd account.
Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge on a desktop or laptop. Edge installs Chrome Web Store extensions once you allow extensions from other stores. Basket preparation is desktop work. The Restockd tablet app is for approvals.
A supplier configured for website ordering. Basket preparation currently supports compatible Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Brakes and SwiftCloud storefronts. Amazon UK uses a separate guided basket handoff. Other sites remain manual.
Troubleshooting
Nothing shows after an update
Remove and re-add the extension so the new version loads, then reopen it.
A freshly opened supplier page does nothing
Give the cart page a second to finish loading, then click Populate basket again.
One line stops the fill
The extension names the exact product code it could not place. Check that code in Restockd, then run it again.
